Hi, I’m Jessica.
Welcome to my corner of the web! My Bibimbap Life serves as a digital journal, woven from personal stories of my adventures across the globe.
As an ESL teacher in South Korea who fell in love with the unknown, I’ve spent most of my adult life exploring and adapting to new experiences and destinations. To me, there’s nothing more thrilling than discovering something new or learning about this incredible world we live in (or myself).
My aim is simple yet profound: to share my unique journey as I navigate this wild world as a proud queer woman who never wants to stop learning.
Join me as I step off the beaten path, seeking not just destinations, but connection—with new landscapes, diverse traditions and the universal pursuit of well-being.
Enjoy your stay and stay wild!

Nearly a decade ago, I became an ESL teacher in South Korea and eventually returned home to study Interior Design. These days, I spend my time practicing down dog with my Frenchie, Apollo, and daydreaming about my next adventure. Oh, and I’m fascinated with all things wellness, food and culture.
